Apexa group have gone overseas by starting a state-of-the-art call centre operations at Doha, Qatar. This is a highly specialised call centre which they have set up by doing a joint venture with Qatar’s best event management company called Apexa Events. Under this project the call centre takes care of the sales and service calls for some leading automobile giants operating in that country. The entire operation is completely automated and manages both inbound and outbound call flows and service desks through a well coordinated team work.
As per the CMD of the group Mr. Maulik Patel, “ this is one of the most challenging step taken by the company during recent times to understand each and every requirement of the client in details and then delivering beyond expectations. This has been a great learning experience for us too and now we are confident enough to take up such complicated processes anywhere in the world”
Currently, the group is also expanding its call centre operations in India by taking up domestic processes which are complex in nature and concentrates on high quality customer service.
