Our foray into the complicated KPO business was triggered when we were entrusted with the task of managing the Revenue Assurance responsibility of a leading global telecom giant. This was for the first time that they were outsourcing this activity to a non-chartered firm but had faith in our sincerity and resolve to walk the untreaded path. This is a 24 x 7 operation where we operate within a heavily secured IT environment and meet timelines irrespective of holidays or calamities.

Our team of experts work in shifts and coordinate with the officials of this client remotely to complete the series of activities post which bills are generated for collections. We also conduct International Vendor Reconciliation under this process.
