We also manage state-of-the-art BPO set ups for various brands that is equipped with the latest communication amenities like E1, SIP lines, Internet Lease Line connectivity with back-ups, multiple servers, dedicated workstations and CRMs with Auto Dialer Facilties. We recruit telecallers with multiple skillsets and conversant in a variety of Indian languages in order to cater to varied requirement of clients. We believe in optimising productivity by providing ample work space for the callers, breakout zones to rejuvenate themselves and recurring training inputs to keep sharpening their skills. Our intention is to set higher benchmarks in SLA and keep achieving it at all times.
